Kitchen Remedies for Diabetes!
- A tbsp of amla fruit juice, mixed in a cup of fresh bitter gourd juice, can be taken daily to beat diabetes.
- Have 2 tsp of powdered fenugreek seeds daily with milk.
- Mix 1/2 tsp each of bay leaves powder and turmeric rhizome powder in a tbsp of Aloe vera gel. Have this mixture twice a day before breakfast and dinner.
- Consume 5-10 g of powdered jamun seeds every morning. It directly works on the pancreas and controls sugar.
- Add 3 tbsp of of cinnamon powder to a liter of boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes and strain the mixture. Have this drink daily to maintain glucose levels.
- Eat two cloves of garlic with water every morning on an empty stomach to keep a check on sugar levels.
